Your Wedding at Wilson Vineyards

We believe in pampering brides. We offer our facilities for only one reception each day to ensure that you and your party will have the full focus of our attention. We can accommodate up to 300 guests for spectacular garden weddings.

Choose one of our wedding packages described below—or—ask us to customize one especially for you. Your cost per person depends on your selection of food, beverage package and amenities. Choose your own off-site caterer or ask us to arrange for one from our list of preferred vendors.

The Chenin Blanc Package (Ceremony Only)

With this package, we offer our vintage barn and gardens for wedding ceremonies. The package includes:

Rental of our entire venue for 2 hours
One additional hour for rehearsal (date and time to be arranged with staff)
The talents of our Event Coordinator and on-site management staff
Your choice of several ceremony sites on the property
Sparkling Wine to toast the Bride and Groom
Use of our charming gazebo and wedding arches
Use of our white chairs for your ceremony
Use of both the Bride’s Dressing Room and Groom’s Lounge
Set-up and tear-down team

The Chardonnay Package (Reception Only)

We offer our Event Center and gardens for receptions that include the following:

Rental of our entire venue for 5 hours (activities must end by 10:00 PM)
Event Coordinator and on-site management staff
Bartender services and beverage package that includes red and white wines, Sparkling Wine, soft drinks, and bottled water
Your choice of indoor or outdoor dining area
Your choice of indoor or outdoor dance area
Tables and chairs
Use of our large meal preparation area for your caterer
Set-up and tear-down team
Security services during your reception
Use of both the Bride’s Dressing Room and Groom’s Lounge

The Petite Sirah Package (Ceremony and Reception)

This wedding package combines ceremony and reception costs and includes all of the following amenities:

Exclusive use of our facilities for 6 hours (activities must end by 10:00 PM)
One additional hour for rehearsal (date and time to be arranged with our staff)
Additional time the morning of your wedding for you to decorate and set up
The talents of our Event Coordinator and on-site management staff
Complete beverage package and bartender services offering red and white wines, soft drinks and bottled water
Our guest chairs for your ceremony, independent of the set-up for your reception
Wilson Vineyards’ tables and chairs for your reception
Use of our charming gazebo and wedding arches
Use of our large meal preparation area for your caterer
Use of both the Bride’s Dressing Room and Groom’s Lounge
Your choice of several ceremony sites on the property
Your choice of indoor or outdoor dining area

The Sparkling Wine Package (Ceremony and Reception)

For your budgeting convenience, The Sparkling Wine Package combines ceremony and reception costs and includes all of the following enhanced amenities:

Exclusive use of our facilities for 6 hours (activities must end by 10:00 PM)
One additional hour for rehearsal (date and time to be arranged with our staff)
Additional time the morning of your wedding for you to decorate and set up

The Isabella Wedding Package

Our grandmother Isabella was a gracious lady who always set a beautiful table. Our Isabella Wedding Package takes the worry out of wedding planning by providing an extraordinary event — Bella’s way!

With this comprehensive package of services, you get all the experts: our experienced wedding coordinator, preferred caterer, preferred florist, award-winning photographers and talented entertainment specialists to help plan and deliver the wedding of your dreams. The Isabella Wedding Package is a step above the Sparkling Wine Package and includes a bounty of beautiful extras: table linens and place settings in your choice of colors; lovely floral centerpieces; ceremony and reception photography; a scrumptious banquet for you and your guests; and the masterful touch of experienced professionals working together to create a seamless, stress-free event. Our goal is to make your wedding dreams come true!

The Isabella Wedding Package includes all of the following:

Exclusive use of our facilities for 6 hours (your event must end by 10:00 PM)
A delicious wedding banquet created and prepared by our preferred Master Chef

Wilson Vineyards is a gorgeous venue and was exactly what we had in mind for our wedding. The scenery is beautiful there as well! The staff was so nice and made the mood of our wedding even more fun! The almond champagne is a must, it is out of this world deliscious! Sandra was organized and did everything I asked and would return calls promptly to answer questions for me! The day of the even everything ran smoothly and we loved spending our special day out there! The breeze was perfect and it made for a great summer night wedding!!!
I got married at Wilson Vineyards on 9/17/16 and it was a fairy tale wedding.

Looking for a venue. We live in LA and were on the road by 5 am on Saturday in August 2015. Once we got in Sacramento we looked about 6 venues. None were wineries because my fiance wanted hard alcohol at the wedding. Vineyards serve wine and beer only. There weren’t any that we loved. We had an appointment the next day at Folsom, but later Saturday night decided to cancel the appointment and look at vineyards near Clarksburg. Wilson’s was so accommodating last minute for us to look at the venue. We stepped onto the property and LOVED it. Deep down inside we both knew this was the venue, but still had 1 more winery to look at after. After our last venue on Sunday we drive straight back to LA. It was an exhausting weekend and drive back, but it was a very short conversation on which venue we wanted. As we drove home we emailed Wilson’s and told them we wanted them to host our wedding.

The venue is breathtaking! The photos online DO NOT do it justice. Trust me – you have to see the venue for yourself.

During the process Wilson’s was also very prompt in responding to any questions that we had. We also had a wedding planner on top of Sandra and Robin (who by the way are amazing). Sandra is OCD in a good way – she wants to make sure that everything is perfect for you and runs smoothly. You want someone like Sandra on your side the day of the wedding because you don’t want to have to worry about anything.

We used the whole property for the wedding. Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Dancing Outside. Dinner/Speeches Inside the Barn. The guests were beyond amazed at how beautiful the ceremony was and said it looked like something you would find in a fairytale.

Picking a venue was tiring since we did it all in one weekend, but it was the easiest decision we made in the wedding planning process and we couldn’t be happier.
We wanted to thank you again for Stacey & Aaron’s wedding on Saturday. Your calm patience amid all the stress associated with the normal dealings of the wedding… not to mention the unexpected weather. Your staff did a wonderful job of setting tables and chairs and giving several options for their ceremony & reception location due to rain. We received so many positive comments about the beautiful setting and your hard work to make it possible. Thanks again for a perfect day for our daughter and new son-in-law.
