Are you looking for an charming place for a company party? Want to host a winemaker’s dinner or wine tasting reception as part of a business conference or convention?

Wilson Vineyards is the ideal location!

We’re located 15 minutes from downtown Sacramento just over the Sacramento River in Clarksburg—a short ride by shuttle bus or limousine from the Sacramento Convention Center.

We can accommodate small groups of 50 or crowds of 200 to 300 in our Event Center, garden, and brick patio areas. Choose one of our corporate packages or ask us to customize one for your group. Bring in your own off-site professional caterer or ask us to recommend one for your event. Check our Available Dates Calendar to see if your date is open and then give us a call.

Conferences and Meetings Package:
Our covered Event Center features two large rooms for conferences, strategic planning meetings, education or training sessions, luncheons and dinners. You may choose to eat indoors or outside in the garden. The package includes:

• Exclusive use of our facilities for your group activities (all activities must end by 10 PM)


• All tables and chairs for conference set up (theater-style, hollow square, U-shape, solid square, rectangle, etc.)


• All table drapes for conference set up


• On-site event staff; set-up and tear-down team


• Security services overnight for multi-day events, if needed


• Ample free parking for cars and buses


• Conference Beverage Package, including unlimited glasses of Wilson Vineyards' award-winning red and white wines, beer, soft drinks and bottled water

Additional conference services will be supplied by our Preferred Vendors, including food service/catering; audio-visual equipment and staff; special effects, staging and decorations; entertainment; rentals; and transportation services.

Wine Tasting and Hors d’Oeuvres Package:
This standard package is charged on a per person basis and includes:

• Exclusive use of our facilities for up to 3 hours (all activities must end by 10 PM)


• All tables, chairs and linens for your party


• A selection of award-winning Wilson Vineyards' wines for tasting


• Light hors d’oeuvres paired with the wines served


• Coffee service


• Wilson Vineyards staff (or one of the vineyard owners) to discuss the wines offered


• Security services during the hours of your event depending on the size of your party


• Ample free parking for cars and buses

For an additional fee, we will provide engraved wine glasses for all of your guests as souvenirs.

Wine Dinner and Dancing Package:
Our facilties offer you a perfect place for an off-site dinner for your Sacramento convention or business conference. This enhanced package is charged on a per person basis and includes:

• Exclusive use of our facilities for up to 5 hours (all activities must end by 10 PM)


• All tables, chairs, linens, place settings and service pieces for your banquet


• Our Party Beverage Package including unlimited award-winning Wilson Vineyards' red and white wines, beer, soft drinks and bottled water


• Wine glasses engraved with your company name/logo and event date for all your guests as souvenirs


• An onsite event coordinator, wait staff and bartenders


• A bountiful buffet dinner with several entrees and wide assortment of seasonally fresh side dishes – or a sit-down, served dinner with your choice of entrees and side dishes


• The services of a professional disc jockey, master of ceremonies, or entertainment specialist


• Security services during the hours of your event


• Ample free parking for cars and buses

Cost per person for any package depends on your selections of food, beverage package and amenities.
